Add reference to specification definitions in SP800-108 example
Add SP800-108 example to table in examples readme

Hi @mswarowsky - I've merged your PR (thank you), now that the Crypto 1.2 specification has been published with the new KDF algorithms.

This PR just adds a reference from the example readme to the algorithm definitions in the spec, and creates a table with an entry for this example from the top-level example readme.md.
