Heroku needs some error pages to display that are consistent with the current site design. Must be hosted off-site, but with high redundancy, like Amazon S3.

A gh-pages branch has been set up so it's just a matter of adding the pages to the ~/public folder so they can be accessed without the support of Jekyll.
