assert seen in usbd_LPC11Uxx.c for RZ_A1H #517

Steps to reproduce 1) have a machine with more then 10 devices 2) try flashing all the devices at once. we will see above failure

above steps are not perfect will try to provide better procedure this happened in CI environment.

@studavekar We cannot reproduce the problem. Possibly USB power consumption related problem? How did you connect 10 GR-PEACH board to CI test machine? via USB hub?

We have 4 boards connected, with other device connected to host(>20 boards). We are using these Hubs which are externally powered https://www.digi.com/products/models/hp-usb-14

@studavekar Did you use 0251 for test? I believe this is much stable.
