This also removes the need for mbed_config.h

OR we rather keep one target for example for now until we get tools on board and use these? Need to align here as I am working on adding Travis job for CMake so can add more targets if we support them

I'll rebase feature-cmake branch after I merge this to the branch, circle ci might be resolved then
