CMake: Update to work with the latest tools and CMake enabled Mbed OS

• Set the path to the application configuration CMake module.
• Set the path to the Mbed OS local repository
• Create the executable target in the example project.
• Call Mbed OS CMake function to set the linker script.
• Call Mbed OS CMake function to set the create the build artefacts.
