Please test this PR

If successful then merge, otherwise provide a known issue. Once you get notification of the release being made public then tag Master with mbed-os-5.6.5 .

smoke tests failed, reason was one device had crashed. We have run the tests locally and those are passing. Device is again up and running so re-triggered tests.
