The path containing the library tfm_test_suite_fwu_ns has been moved in tf-m-tests.

Build failures in Travis and CircleCI are due to a typo in TF-M: https://review.trustedfirmware.org/c/TF-M/trusted-firmware-m/+/10079

Fix in TF-M merged now. Forced pushed my branch to retrigger Travis and CircleCI.

Keeping this on hold - something changed in TF-M again.

From Lingkai: "TF-M only disabled the secure test for FWU. The non-secure test remains enabled so there’s no change needed from our side apart from my PR to update the library path."
