Use provided TF-M mbed-crypto interface when building PSA compliance crypto test suite.

As part of TF-M v1.1 upgrade, it was observed, that additional PSA compliance crypto tests were failing. Therefore its ideal to use TF-M provided interfaces to have a synchronization towards different versions used.
