This commit does the following changes to README.md:

Bump TF-M version to v1.2
Remove duplication in the introduction
Clarify development environment setup
Make it more visible that the Mbed OS application is compiled right after a test suite
Clarify the test automation by the Greentea framework
Add a section: "Expected test results"
