These changes are needed in conjunction with the PR submitted to sal-stack-lwip

Cosmetic - consistent style as it was in the file (line 419, 487, 536), plus rebase your changes (merge remote-tracking branch elimination).

Jenkins failed with some server errors, I triggered a new build.
