Run preGenerate/preBuild/postBuild in the main module.json #753

I saw the new preBuild script and wanted to use it to generate some certificate files but it doesn't work from the main module.json only from dependencies. I've fixed that here and also added the other scripts in this part of the code.

Also renamed a variable to make it a bit clearer as all_components confused me since it's not all components. And added tmp_yotta_settings as it was generated and I didn't want to commit more than you'd want :smile_cat:.
