IRB Submission #13

We need to determine if an IRB is needed for any of the data we plan to use. Lori to set up a meeting with the GW IRB team to discuss.

I've also asked Robel to provide a copy of the prostate cancer IRB in #12 for our reference

I contacted GW's IRB office to request a meeting.
