[x] Update the De-Identification (DE-IDN) tool to take care of year of birth by Qingrong (based on JSON file Michelle has provided).
[x] Produce a small sample file and a versioned NBCC DE-IDN config file

@rykahsay Qingrong came back with some corrections for your DE-IDN tool. Have you been able to make those corrections? We'd like to provide an update in Monday's FEAST meeting. Thanks!

I just forwarded you the previous email with the modified anon_mod.json file. What we received now seems not to match with the json file.

For xx_nbcc_family_records.tsv, instead of anonymizing year_of_death, can you calculate the age at death? by subtracting year_of_birth from year_of_death? This will allow us to retain the survival information.

Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the anon_mod.json file and calculation of age at death to replace year_of_death.
