Pull one patient from the prostate cancer data and perform QA/QC by manually mapping to KBs/reference DBs. Look for biomarkers, relevant pathways, etc. Reference the KB figure to get an idea of what KBs/DBs we're looking at.

@lorikrammer --- while I do that, can you please retrieve the protocol/template/journey that Vahan was talking about for prostate cancer? We need to map the journey I have -- which is only diagnosis (MRI Images/MRI Report --> Biopsy/Biopsy Report), and does not upto treatment and treatment outcomes.

We need to work with Jorge to get the full journey

I have placed sample data from GW Prostate cancer under /data/arpah/downloads/gw/ including:

mri_images
mri_reports
pathology_reports

$ cd /data/arpah/downloads/gw
$ tree -L 4

The corresponding deidentified files will be under:

/data/arpah/generated/gw/anonymized/mri_images
/data/arpah/generated/gw/anonymized/mri_reports
/data/arpah/generated/gw/anonymized/pathology_reports

@rykahsay This is the prostate cancer guideline Vahan mentioned. It and other resources are available at this link. As an FYI, in order to download the guideline I had to create an account, but it was very quick. nccn_prostate.pdf
