MGPC Data Harmonization

We need to determine a protocol for data harmonization. I'm creating this ticket so that it doesn't fall off our radar. Based on our discussion today:

• BCOs will tell FEAST everything it needs to know for queries.
• Our method is to have Intermediate taking data from GWDC and creating a BCO?
• OR an output table based on data sources/harmonized datasets.

Presented ideas for data harmonization today. Evan Scholle said they may have a much stronger method to harmonize, and is checking to see if we can use what they've developed.

(Mapping from snomed-CT to ICD-10 loses a lot of granularity, and solving this problem is not trivial, but they're group has been working on it for awhile and has an API server set up. Apparently they're keen to collaborate, so it will be ideal if we can work it out with them to do this since it's such a huge lift and should really take input from many medical and technologists folks in this space.)
