Intepretation of grib2 Cosmo analyses #72

Cosmo codes grib2 statistically processed analyses with reference time = end of processing period, significanceOfReferenceTime = 0 [Analysis], forecastTime = 0, EndOfOverallTimeInterval wrong and typeOfTimeIncrement = 2.

Libsim codes with reference time = start of processing period,significanceOfReferenceTime = 1 start of forecast, forecastTime = 0, typeOfTimeIncrement = 1

can we read Cosmo grib and interpret them correctly without messing up with grib2 already coded?
