Automatic docker build #3

The build should be triggered not only by the base image (fedora/centos) but also by the new versions of our software (wreport/dballe/arkimet).

Maybe a periodic rebuild is enough?

We can use the HTTP trigger in a periodic task (e.g. weekly) from crontab.

I've deployed a task that will trigger the build every tuesday and friday.
