In the Unity project settings section 'Graphics' there is a subsection 'Always Included Shaders'. ARvos on iOs does not include the shader called 'Sprites/Default', so assets using this shader are not rendered correcty by ARvos on iOS.
The bug has been fixed with the release on 2021-04-08.
