We can use ref and sd instead of combining a lot of things into one diagram, which could reduce clutter.

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Low]

Reason for disagreement: This is not of severity very low as this has more to do with just cosmetic issues. The execute functionality sequence should have been separated, or included in ref and sd, hence I think it should still remain in low.
