Education level should be more strict with the level

While I understand that the education level is based on the maturity of the TA, I think it will be better if the education level is simply 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. Or have stricter fields. I could input something unrelated to the education field.

Steps to reproduce:

1. edit 1 edu/I like singing and this is not related to my education level

Education level has many possibilities and the way the user types education levels is up to them. However, this is something that we would consider in the future.
