Remark text box should have a minimum width and height

While this does not affect the user is any way since the user will have to manually reduce the width and height of the remark text box, we should still set a minimum height and minimum width of the remark text box.

Remark window is resizable, while normal users would not resize their remark windows to the size in the picture above, this is indeed a valid future consideration.
