Transfer commit history from isburns personal repo #1

Development occurred in isburns personal repository instead of in the SWRC organization repository. This pull request is intended to transfer all development work back to the SWRC organization repository. This approach is taken because isburns is no longer an official contributor and the pull request allows official contributors to review and approve the request. A transfer of isburns repository was another option, however this approach would lose the commit history of the original agwa repo of the SWRC organization.

@HaiyanWeia I've synced my fork with the upstream ARS-SWRC/agwa:main. If you merge the pull request with the [Button]() option, it will bring in the commit history without making any other changes to the repo. Do NOT use the Squash and merge or Rebase and merge options if you want to preserve the individual commits in the history.
