OSLO_vac4eu: very minor issue "dirinput" #63

Hi @GiorgioLimoncella, I just want to share the small changes we did for01_parameters_program.R:

We need to use setwd("..") twice because we put the ConcePTIONAlgorithmPregnancies... folder inside /vac4eu/Data characterisation/ and I forgot to change it after not running pregnancy algorithm for a while.:D
