New Features: Codelist and CSV metadata file as new pregnancy parameters inputs #9

We are proposing these new features as a new way to include pregnancy parameters within your script. Please review our code and let us know what needs to be changed to bring it to the main project.

I'm trying to understand your function metadataToConceptSet. Can you provide an example of code list and how you set the function?

I can do the example and the function, and then I can ask for a pull request to the origin project.
