Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current ARTIST documentation is based on the read-the-docs template from Sphinx and is not customised to the ARTIST colour scheme.

Describe the solution you'd like We should create a custom.css file in the _static folder that customises the template to better suit the ARTIST colour scheme.

Technical details Possibly, we can base this customisation on Propulate.

Update

As suggested by @kalebphipps, I added a custom.css file based on Propulate. We did not decide on an ARTIST color scheme so far which is why I replaced Propulates HGF red (HEX color code #D23264) with the HGF green (#8CB423) and stayed with HGF blue (#005aa0) otherwise.
