Don't you think that imperfect match will capture some piRNA resembling miRNA, miscRNA and tRNA? :smiling_imp:

Usual business for the trade-off between false positives and false negatives. Eliminating small RNA just because they resemble miRNA, miscRNA or tRNA is not that fair, don't you think?

I tested the Galaxy-Workflow-sRNA_clean-up_v2.ga and it works perfectly. However, for the Galaxy-Workflow-sRNA_turbo-clean-up.ga I got a problem with the input file format.
