Simplify configure_slurm.py.j2

• by using ansible loop in configure_slurm.py.j2 over the slave_node_dict
• remove the unnecessary and ugly slave_node_dict variable

This can be still clearly improved by gathering node info with the ansible setup module but I will focus on the manual before
