Adding vir2 generation workflow #295

I checked and it doesn't seem like yml format is accepted for workflows yet.

The dates should be okay. Here is an example of settings: txid10239[Organism] NOT txid131567[Organism] NOT phage[All Fields] NOT patent[All Fields] NOT chimeric[Title] NOT vector[Title] NOT method[Title] NOT X174[All Fields] AND 301:10000[Sequence length] NOT 2017/07:2018/01[PDAT]
