Argument Sketcher Overhaul (Fix command-line argument parsing) #30

When running bmftools with '--threads' from the command line, the multi-threading command is not being properly parsed. When submitting the same paramter through the config file, this does cause bmftools to properly multithread suggesting a bug in the Argument Sketcher.

This is important. I'll be re-writing it as soon as I have my computer up and running. This is the kind of OOP where an IDE is extremely helpful.
