Created handler class for EPOS4 controlling via USB. Implements the conection, enabling and position commands of the EPOS4.
Could technically also control via canbus (via Kvaser driver), but it hasn't been tried out yet.
Still need implementation of automatic home calibration via the steering angle sensor.
