interpolation through matrix different _test/_trial space does not work #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
x^T A y where x and y are defined on different spaces (A is rectangular) does 
not give the same results
compare with x^T P A y where P is the interpolation operator from fine to 
coarse grids

Rachida writes a test case in 2D and 3D
