support for a mix periodic/non periodic conditions in product spaces #51

At the moment product spaces have the function of the subspaces either all 
periodic or non periodic.
It would be nice to have a mix of periodic and nonperiodic functionspaces: e.g 
for velocity pressure formulation to have periodic velocity and non periodic 
pressure.
