bullet unsigned char->char #219

Since last bullet-update there is an issue about the blender-serializer.

Error Message in btSerializer.h:
'sBulletDNAstr' has a previous declaration as 'char sBulletDNAstr []'

Changing "signed char"->"char" in btBulletFile.h as well fixes the problem. At 
least it compiles again. Erwin, is that enough, or do we have to regenerate 
anything?
