I have a machine idling, which is just waiting to check out each release,
heck it with multiple versions of PHP and record the results is an easy to
read web front-end.

As a bonus, it should be able to accept results from machines of other
architectures.

This is done, but it needs a great deal of work. It should make the .tar.gz 
file, and
build from that, not directly from the source. It should check the benchmark 
results.
It should check the dataflow branch. It should allow 'redo' to be set without
accessing the DB by hand.

It should also check against PHP 5.2.*, not just 5.2.3.

It should not check changes that happen in a different branch, in www, docs(?) 
or wiki.
