Create tag for 1.8.1

I am looking to use this project to drive an auto media tagging framework. 
1.8.1 has a critical fix for me but there is no tag for it so I can't reference 
it in my build process.

I have a problem extracting the 1.8.1 zip through PHP as it appears to be 
created through bunzip so I can't do that either (1.8 zip is fine).

Please could you either give me SVN access to create the tag, create it 
yourself, or make a .gz zipball available?

Thanks, help is appreciated! I've given you SVN access so you can do it (will 
be quicker as I've got my hands full at work again). Let me know if you have 
trouble creating the tag! The correct revision should be r230.
