The latest version of scvi-tools is now released. I have been using the pre-release in other workflows. It shouldn't make a difference for the current workflow here. However, there are a couple changes under the hood that we should try to keep up with.

scvi-tools has been updated to version 1.1.0.post2 in docker image.
