Updated Makefile to auto-generate a lib/version.h file with current build state information.
Added two new flags, -v / --version and -V / --Version to dstat.c:
- -v prints basic version to STDOUT and exits
- -V prints verbose version and build information to STDOUT and exits
Updated man/dstat.1.md with the new flags.
