The .srt for session 708 is a duplicate of the .srt for session 713. #2

This is a source data issue. The .srt for session 708, Nearby Networking with Multipeer Connectivity, actually is a copy of the .srt for session 713, The Accelerate Framework. Through no fault of your own, the ASCIIwwdc site's link for session 713 does not deliver the goods. Garbage in, garbage out. :(
