Calibrator state enum was accidentally unused in d8f241b17872e53976eed9cc9b24e78c715edb5f.
DeviceStateResponse properties were accidentally no longer marked as required in #61.

Also added the missing description for the DeviceState object (all other types have descriptions, so figured worth putting something here), and updated its Value description to "dynamically-typed" as per https://github.com/ASCOMInitiative/ASCOMRemote/pull/61#issuecomment-2336433648.

I've augmented the DeviceState Value parameter description slightly and posted the new version online Alpaca API.
