Focuser Move - No error reported! #4

Currently the Focuser.Move test does not report an error even if the focuser doesn't move or misses by a huge margin. Test outcome reporting needs to be tightened while still leaving flexibility for focusers that move very close to the requested position but can't quite hit it exactly.

Appropriate tests were added some time ago so closing this issue.
