Cannot have duplicate display names for Purview Information Protection Labels #15

In the configuration guide, for OFFICIAL: Sensitive and PROTECTED, there are two labels, one independent label and one to support the sub-labels.

However, both have the same Display Name property which isn't permitted, resulting in a "Duplicate display name" error when creating the second label.
