Add financial id indicators, simplify id pattern code

What this does

• Adds in financial ids
• Simplifies code for checking for ids
• Adds all the ids to matching; previously they were not included in the list. They have 'direct' matching by default.

I tested the last behavior in the app; you can now see social matches being reported:

This is great, especially, the environment variable check, as I think that it will address the issue raised by an external person
