Strips the tuer number from the indicator name and adds it as an attribute in the class.
I've made it a dictionary lookup so that it would be easier for someone to go in and see all the severity levels in one spot. This could use even more refactoring in the future (possibly integration with reference.py?) but for now, this should help Matus with his work.
I've also updated the indicators_output.csv and database.
[x] the crawler runs successfully and outputs data
[x] we are able to calculate matches with the new names and assign tier levels
[x] the app functionality works for: crawling, matching, and documentation with the new names
