I want: to create posts about an event so that users can know the details
Acceptance Criteria:
• A user can make a post about any event where they can share the details with others.
• Should be able to tag other users in the events to let everyone know about their participation.
• Should also be able to tag the events in the post to let everyone know which event the post belongs to.
