Crop autoRIFT netCDF products to valid data #229

I've tested the crop function on all our autoRIFT Golden Test granules, and it works beautifully -- the dims are different, visual inspection looks correct, and all the gdalinfo statistics are the same except STATISTICS_VALID_PERCENT as expected.

The whole workflow also runs through, cropping the product as expected.
