Release v0.20.0 - M11/M12 as floats

Golden Tests all pass (hyp3-testing-MTl5689) all look good and :

• the S1 autorift jobs have the expected metadata chance
• The S1 correction jobs have the expected metadata change and the M11/M12 variables look much better

Looks ready to :shipit: to me.
