Burst InSAR Product Guide

• [x] revert burst-specific changes to the existing InSAR Product Guide and open a draft PR re-introducing those changes and adding the new burst guide to the site map

I amended the common template to make the "Ordering On Demand Products" section more inclusive of both. I'm not sure how to deal with the SDK and API sections, though; would it be easy to include content for both (I assume there will be an example that we can link to for the burst jobs, similar to those links included for the InSAR GAMMA jobs), or should we move those two subsections into the individual templates?

Should be simple enough to include content for both. We could link users to the SDK reference for the submit_insar_job and [submit_insar_isce_burst_job]() (yet to be published) functions.
