This PR changes the wording of the RTC readme file to remove references to a "standard product". The metadata was originally written when we were hoping to receive approval from NASA to make official RTC products, but we have transitioned to providing these products only On Demand, rather than archiving RTC products. The language has been changed to reflect the defaults and options available for On Demand RTC processing.
