Yes, a filter is applied prior to phase unwrapping.

The processing steps for INSAR_GAMMA jobs are discussed in the online Product Guide as well as the README.md.txt file included with each product.

Specifically, we use GAMMA's adf utility (Adaptive interferogram filter based on the power spectral density) with a adaptive filter exponent of 0.6.
