Most recent golden tests pass to my satisfaction:

• insar: https://github.com/ASFHyP3/hyp3-testing/actions/runs/9717762610
• rtc: https://github.com/ASFHyP3/hyp3-testing/actions/runs/9717762219 (the one failing case had 0.00% of pixels differing)

Total processing time for these 11 jobs was 20,305s in test and 21,631s in prod, a 6% reduction. Unclear if that's conclusive, as I don't know what variability is, but I'm content to release and monitor.
